• Taking lead in QA and QM related topics in the Wind Industry. Mainly in the area of Project Management for Clean selling or for Turnkey Projects of Wind Turbines + Civil execution. 

The task we can conduct are:

• Analyzing quality issues and on-going root cause analysis. 

• Supervise of general ISO 9001 Certification, internal QA Tools and QM System. 

• Evaluating, auditing and setting up local manufacturers due to incentives for local content (e.g.: power cables, Tower internals and Transformers). 

• Tracking of quality aspects and keeping contractual relations of customer requirements to ensure  profitability of Project Management and Service contracts related to optimization and minimization of costs (e.g. with respect to guarantees, contractual penalties, insurances and processing of damages). 

• Building up a continuous improvement system based on data tracking. 

• Development and implementation of different internal processes and quality reporting tools. 

• Supporting in claims against suppliers/ customer. 

• Support of technical issues and implementation

• Site Management activities and walk down/ trainings, internal audits. 

• Component approval at local manufactures and QA checks during project execution and service lifetime. 

• Monitor repair works
