I can look back to an experience of over 20 years in the wind industry. Mainly in the areas of Engineering, Quality, Project Management and Service. I am happy and proud that my former line managers thoughtfulness and generosity empower me and encourage me to do my best.
The most significant difference is that we aim for customer requirements and involve their view of the process in my daily work. This is in particular a measure to one of the constitutive characteristics of my services, the integrativity of the customer in the service creation process, thus enabling targeted management of services.
In our daily work, we are taking our principles of action Into account, to treat anyone unjustifiably differently. Nobody due to age, health, gender, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, race, language, descent, skin color or nationality, religious or political views, as well as social belonging to be disadvantaged.
Our company language is English, nevertheless we speak German, English, Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese. We would like to eliminate language barriers as much as possible. Business communication between each part or company are essential and we are always looking forward to improve ourself and be open to other cultures.
